Nurses are under pressure

• 61% of nurses are seeing more patients than a year ago 
• 42% find that keeping up with new technologies and tools challenging 
• 34% have experienced tiredness or exhaustion that has impaired their ability to treat patients effectively 

Nurses are not getting the most out of AI tools 

• AI adoption is lower among nurses (41%) than doctors (57%) 
• Nurses spend more time with patients, giving them less time to use AI. On average, a patient has about eight hours of daily contact with a nurse. 
• There is still skepticism in the field, only 42% of nurses believe AI tools are trustworthy 

But, Nurses are optimistic about the future of AI in healthcare 

• 53% of nurses perceive AI tools give them more choice 
• 51% of nurses feel that AI tools empower them
